  • You need to be a General Member of EuOTA
  • You need to have access to an Ozone Dossier by either
  • Shared Ownership 60,000 euros
  • LOA 11,000 euros per annum for 10 years

An explanation of why it is so expensive can be found on this link. It should be noted that this is the fee for just the first phase of compliance to the BPR.

The BPR is a two-stage process:

  1. Ozone Dossier submission and approval
  2. Product Application submission and approval

The access granted by either shared ownership or an LOA is for all European countries.
