Who are we?

We are a Consortium of 35 Ozone Generator Manufacturers seeking compliance to the EU Biocidal Products Regulation (OTF):

  • 2: Disinfectants and algaecides not intended for direct application to humans or animals
  • 4: Food and feed area
  • 5: Drinking water
  • 11: Preservatives for liquid-cooling and processing systems

EuOTA aisbl

  • EuOTA aisbl is the representative Company of the EuOTA OTF (Ozone Task Force).
  • The European Regulations require that a representative company is based within the EU for any Active Substances registered with ECHA (European Chemicals Agency).
  • The Ozone Dossier submitted by the OTF is registered on the ECHA Article 93 and Article 95 web site under EuOTA aisbl.
